Website and enquiry terms

These terms apply to the website at warehousefloor.co.uk and to any enquiry you send through it. The site is run by Warehousefloor, and by using it, or by sending an enquiry, you accept what follows.

What this site actually does

industrial resin and epoxy floor coating We are not that specialist firm ourselves, and we don't carry out any inspection, survey or floor coating work.

Reading and copying these pages

You're welcome to read this site and print a page for your own personal use, free of charge. The words, images, design and underlying code belong to Warehousefloor or to those who have licensed them to us. You may not copy any of it for publication elsewhere, frame it inside another website, scrape it, or otherwise misuse it.

General information, not advice about your building

industrial resin and epoxy floor coating What's published here is general information about resin and epoxy floor coatings, not a survey, a report or advice about your particular property, and it isn't meant to stand in for a proper inspection.

What happens when you send an enquiry

Sending an enquiry through this site costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation to us, and it doesn't create a contract between us. Your enquiry, with the details you gave, is passed to one specialist firm covering the area you told us about, so that they can contact you about it. They use it only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit or work you agree with them, and from that point they are responsible for how they handle it. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own use. Whatever follows from that, whether it's an inspection, a quotation or any work, is agreed directly between you and that specialist, under their own terms. The specialist may pay us when we pass the enquiry on. You pay us nothing, and you are free to get quotes from anyone else. None of this stops you getting quotes from anyone else you choose.

Who answers for the work

The specialist who contacts you is answerable for their own inspection, advice, quotation, work and any guarantee they offer. If something about the work itself goes wrong, raise it with them first, though we'd like to hear about it too, through the contact page.

No promises about accuracy or uptime

We try to keep this site correct and available, but we don't promise either. Pages may be changed, added to or taken down without notice.

Where our liability ends

So far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited: we don't accept responsibility for loss arising from your use of this site or from an enquiry you send beyond what the law requires. That doesn't affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law won't let us exclude. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If we change these terms

These terms may be rewritten from time to time, and whichever version is shown on this page at the time is the one that applies. Changing them doesn't affect an enquiry you've already sent us.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are established. Disputes about them, or about this site, belong in the courts of that place, though if you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

If you want to raise something

If you have a question, or want to complain about these terms, this site or an enquiry, use the contact page. If you complain to us about how we have handled your personal information, we acknowledge it within 30 days and reply as soon as we can.
